There are bartending schools and then there are bartending schools of mixology. Many of us might think being a bartender is a walk in the park.

When there are several drinks using the same alcohol, the glasses can be placed in a line and the alcohol is poured into all the glasses without the bartender stopping and lifting the bottle in between each glass. If they are not good enough and you do not sense happiness with all of your customers, then perhaps you need to consider replacing your bartender, maybe even replace that male bartender with a highly professional, skillful woman bartender.

Everyone loves getting drinks from someone that is kind to the eyes. The bartender needs to be the right combination of persuasive without being pushy, rude or overbearing. Bartenders will also need to keep cloth on hand as well, to quickly clean up spills and wipe down the mixing area from time to time.
